Chamber test bed

- Production of a regulated air-volume stream from max. 2000 m3/h
- Max. loss pressure of the system (test bed): ca. 1000 Pa adjustable.
- Flow rate measurement: 10 m3/h - 2000 m3/h
Measurement using differential pressure-inlet nozzles, by Westenberg Engineering, certified by the Physical-Technical-Institution.
- Auxiliary Blower: fixed heavy-duty radial compressor with backward curved shovels and very stable characteristical line.
- Power: direct current motor with tacho-generator, continuously adjustable using the electronic control .
- Measuring equipment: detection of the physical variable of stores, such as following: Temperature of flow air in the chamber and the outer air, atmospherical pressure, differential pressure (inlet nozzle and chamber), rotational speed of the auxiliary blower.
The regulation of the auxiliary blower and the
rotational speed display are housed in a case.
The display for the differential pressure, temperature and atmospherical pressure are housed in an additional case.
The measuring instruments are equipped with digital displays and they are served with 220 Volt - 50 Hz.
The rotational speed of the blower can be adjusted internally with an analogue output of 0 to10 Volt.
