Pressure windtunnel 6 bar

Functionality:

The windtunnel can be pumped up to a absolute static pressure of 6 bar controled by a manostat.

The air temperature can be controlled

The airs actuation inside of the windtunnel is effected by a Singel stage, fix set and compression proofed radial fan.
Three phase fanmotor (accuracy 0,1 % of the measured value)
The controller has an external set point input of 0...10 Volt.
Accuracy of the tachometer generator (factory set) 1% of meas. value

The cooling of the air being heated by the friction at the tunnels inner surfaces is effected by an aerodynamical cooling system (automatic)
The measuring section can be depressurised to change the sensors using a ball valve
The tunnels pressure stays at the former value!
The reference for velocity and volume flow is an extremly accurate measuring turbine (1 % accuracy)

LDA Measuring

The measuring section has been measured with an LDA, to determine the probes positions and their correction factors.
It is possible to calibrate 4 probes simultaneously!
